Take a look at my "Canary in the Coal Mine" Black Molly. I noticed him sluggish, scales seem to be loose. Im guessing Brook. All of my other fish seem fine so far...

I made the mistake of not QTing some Peppermint Shrimp the other day that I bought to combat a Digitate Hydroid outbreak. I THOUGHT that if a vendor says they keep their inverts in a system without fish, I would be OK. This is the result about 3 days later. Frustrating because I QT everything by the book, even corals.

All I have on hand to treat, right now is Metroplex and ICH-X. Wont be able to get any Reef Rally etc for a few days because of shipping...
Thoughts on Diagnosis and Treatment?

With Brook, doing a freshwater dip daily can help significantly. There have even been cases where just doing the FW dip and placing the fish into a fresh QT has eliminated Brook. Kinda like TTM.
But it will buy you time as it removes a significant amount of parasites.

So you think my diagnosis is correct?

Next question: What to do with my other fish?
2 Percula Clowns
2 Springers Damsels
1 Lyretail Anthias
1 Red Lined Wrasse
(also 2 other Black Mollies, both showing same signs as this one, though not as bad)

Yep. Brook can infect any fish, even though it is often called "Clownfish Disease."

I read that thread... is the implication that you need to remove and treat everyone in the tank, and go fallow for 6 weeks?

Sorry, but it would be wise to assume all the fish have been attacked by the parasites.
