I have a 60-gallon tank which has experienced a lot of algae growth in the past month. It is covering glass, gravel, most of the snail shells and some on the corals (see pics below). I have scrapped all the glass 3 days ago and they are growing again. Phosphates and Nitrates are 0 (according to API test). The only change I introduced is that I swapped from a regular LED to a Vipaspectra T-300 over a month ago in order to grow corals. Not sure if it is related to the light, but I am currently leaving blues on from 7am - 5pm and blues+whites from 10am-2pm. Is there anything I should change or just leave the algae be?

Algae likes light and you added some more. If its growing you have N and P. Algae is prob using it up is why API shows 0. However API test kits are not the best at detecting lower amounts.
