I have been fighting this for a while. My parameters are as follows
All 8.9
Calcium. 450
Magnesium 1350
Salinity 1.025
Phosphates 0
Nitrate .13
Ammonia and nitrites are 0
Ph ranges between 7.85 to 8.15 in 24 hours

I have good coverage of coraline on the back wall and side glass but it is now being over taken by brown algae, so are some rocks and corals. The tank is 3 years old. How do I combat this? Are my phosphates so low due to the algae taking it in? I don’t dose other than Red Sea 3 part and the AB+ weekly.

I have the following clean up crew
2 emerald crabs
10 peppermint shrimp
2 cleaner shrimp
1 blood red sheimp
12 to 15 turbo snails
4 nassarius snails
1 algae blennie
1 purple tang

Any thoughts on what I should add?

Add more corals and cover up (or shade) the bare rock, give less lighted space for the algae to grow.

Sea hare but once the algae’s gone you’ll need to feed it to keep it , otherwise look for “rent a sea hare” in your local ads
