Brown algae in new tank

I have a tank I just started and used fritz turbo start 900. I’m starting to get brown algae on the sand and rocks but have no real nitrates or phosphates based on testing. Is this normal?

How long has the tank been set up? What kind of light and lighting schedule do you have?

Brown algae can be a normal phase of new system cycle proccess.
If you can provide more information about the system you can get better quality help.
System age and parameters will be a good start.
