Brown algae on sand bed

I have brown algae I guess diatoms, I want to know what I can do to get rid of it and prevent it

This is a normal part of a newly cycled tank. They typically run their course all on their own. They do need light, so if you have no other desirable photosynthetic animals in the tank then turn your lights off, it will recede back quickly.

There is nothing to do. This is a normal part of having a new tank. Diatoms feed on silicates which are generally found in new sand.

You will likely have several months to a year of "uglies" and diatoms are the easiest to deal with as they don't harm coral.
