Brown algae on sand

Are these diatoms? Any tips on getting rid of them?

No not diatoms ...looks like you have dinoflagetes...
Do you have more info over your tank and params ..?

If you can take a sample to a lfs with a microscope for a positive ID ..but it looks the same as mine

I’m thinking they aren’t Dino’s, mine aren’t stringy or bubbly. Here is a pic under whites. One thing to add, I haven’t replaced my rodi resin in a while.

Mine arnt stringy and bubbly either ..it was a bad photo under blues ...you can check my last video of my tank link is in my signature...there you see 5hem better
Mine are a fine dusting ..I can blow them off with a Turkey baister..I've had a positive ID under microscope
