Brown Algae?

I’m assuming this is brown algae, because it’s brown.
Anything that will take care of it for me? Snails? Shrimp?

Diatoms are a brown dusty life form that consumes silicates. There is no avoiding Diatoms during their initial bloom.
 
How old is your tank? It looks brand new. It looks more like diatoms to me -- which generally show up the first few months after a tank set up.

Yeah...it is probably Diatoms. I can guarantee you that there are tons of posts on this subject. If you go to the top of the screen you will see a "search forums" link. Click on that link which will open a new screen. Under "Keywords" type in "diatoms" then click "Search" towards the bottom of the screen. You will see a zillion posts on the subject that may be able to help you out.
 
Looks like diatoms, Common if the tank is new, Will pass the ugly stage in time when your systems has enought beneficial bacteria .
