Brown Algae!!!

I am running a BioCube 32 with a Red Sea 90 light. My system just finished cycling and all the parameters are at 0. I had a nasty diatom bloom that is improving. I am noticing that my filter has brown crap on it even after rinsing it clean the day before. The glass is clear as hell, but the filter accumulates quickly. Also I have a sicce 1.5 pump and I have microwave bubbles despite the return pump having plenty of water. Any suggestions folks?

Since you just finished cycling you can probably expect an abnormal amount of algae growth over the next month or two. It should go away with time
