Brown algee

Have this algee bloom had tank for 3 weeks ago added live rock and dry rock with sand bed now my tank is having a brown algee all over tank have 3 snail and 5 hermits is this normal

Pics would help. However algae is very normal for the first year of having a tank. As long as your parameters are in order then you're fine. If it gets excessive clean what you can during water changes.
