Thanks for the warm welcome everybody, so I have a issue with some brown algae/bacteria that's growing on rocks, sand, glass and I'm not sure what it is or if it's just part of my tanks cycle Or to much light What I do know is its editable by my snails and hermit crabs cause their eating it off slowly but it's of course the glass that bothers me I'll post some pics of it tomorrow and I have a question about lights I'm using a 10,000k and a 420 antic I believe but my question is should I have both on throughout the day or just the 10,000k .

If you just started your tank its part of the cycle. If I'm not mistaken you'll have a spike of nitrites and nitrates and that cause alge growth. When I started mine back in April I woke up one morning and it was everywhere. Weekly 20% water changes and mine cleared up after a couple weeks.

Don't be to worried it's just diatoms and your tank is going through the cycling period don't do any water changes until the cycle has completed you will know when that is your nitrites climb then drop to zero and you start seeing your nitrates raise doing water changes while still cycling your tank will take longer

Yeah def looks like a diatom bloom. My tank is in the stages of finishing its own.

I suggest using RODI water if you are not already.
