Maybe a small limpet they are a harmless addition to your clean up crew.

This is a tough one I'm still going to say sand dollar. Try touching if it's hard & rough it's probably a sand dollar

I can't find anything online about hitchhiking sand dollars but its not impossible. They reproduce by broadcast spawning so some eggs could have landed on a live rock or live sand.

I'd pull it out in a container of tank water for some clearer pics under white light - if it's a sand dollar and you don't want it, then you could offer to local hobbyists or fish stores; I'd be surprised if someone didn't want it.
