Brown diatoms with bubbles on it?

Hello guys I am new to reef keeping i have brown hairy stuff with bubbles on it all over my tank ....is this normal for a new tank to have?...tank been up for 2 weeks....should I be worrying about it.. here's some pics

Kind of early for dinos if the tank is only 2 weeks old. It may be cyano...it comes in many colors and bubbles.

Will this clear up on its own?
