2 Months ago I got some free Discosoma that had a lot of flatworms on them. I saw them in the guy's tank and he told me they had flatworms on them. Neither his discos or hammers/frogspawns/torches were agitated by them, so it was fine by me. I didn't see the worms on his Euphyllia, but I assume they were, since I got them on my frogspawns now.

Should I be worried about them? None of my corals that have the flatworms seem to be bothered.
Haven't seen much and I can probably easily remove them by sucking them out with the turkey baster. Will a pest eating wrasse eat these?

Pictures would be helpful but from the description, they are poly clad flatworm
They are invasive to the degree that they will smother coral blocking the light needed to form their food source zooxanthelle. Best removal is siphoning which is effective. Once removed, look daily for presence of eggs which are tiny.
Second option is adding a wrasse such as yellow coris or lunare. Melanurus also.
Last would be salifert flatworm stop. With salifert, you must siphon dead ones which will release toxins if left in the tank

That’s the one I mentioned- you gave good description

I dealt with these not too long ago, nothing seemed to eath them, spotted mandarin, yellow coris, or springers damsel would touch them. Coral rx kills, flatwork exit seemed to knock them down but they came back again. I had high nitrates and fixing that seemed to do the job. Haven't seen one in a while, maybe I got the population under control and the fish are actually helping, hard to say but I have not seen any of them actually eat them.
