Over the last few days, I’ve noticed these brown/green flatworms on the glass and rocks. At this point they aren’t bothering corals, and I believe these might be the type that eat pods.
Should I flatworm exit them, find a predator or ????
Thanks in advance!

Regular brown flatworms feed upon zooplankton. Kinda common in new-ish tanks. Usually go away as their food supply is exhausted as the tank matures.

Looks like I have these:

Yeah, the ones with the "red dot" are more problematic. But the regular brown ones will starve out, especially if you are cycling the tank or going fallow for 72-76 days before adding fish.

Thank you for posting that link I found some in my refugium.... Must have come in on a macroalgae i picked up :(

Most of them I can see the red dot. I’m going to try a wrasse or dragonette. Looks like the Melanurus Wrasse is a good choice. Just don’t want him eating my cleaner shrimp.

I have a mandarin and a vrolik wrasse (chain link patterned melanurus from indo for the most part the same fish) and a cleaner shrimp. I was reallly worried about the cleaner shrimp because the wrasse is about 4-5 inches. But they are friends and the shrimp cleans him and he doesn't eat the shrimp. I know all fish are different but so far so good over here.

I used a silver belly and a Timor wrasse saw the Timor pick at them.
