Brown fuzz?

I’ve noticed that this has just popped up in the course of 2 days and it’s not a outbreak while all my Params are set and good condition I don’t know if this is detritus build up or a start of a bad algae outbreak i got about 5 turbos in the 13.5 but was thinking of getting a small reef safe algae eater wrasse or blenny i dont know. Only have 2 clowns and the snails

Both nitrite and nitrates are 0ppm I don’t have a phosphate test kit. I am running phosguard in a bio bag as well that’s been in for about a week before any of this came to happen
