Brown hairs. Diatoms ?

Hi all

It is a new cycled reefer 350
I am noticing brown hairs on the sand , some on the glass,
I Googled that it is normal in New tank?

Well I don't want it
Is there any cleaning crew that will take care of it? Or some chemical to add?

Possibly. Pics would be very helpful under white lights
If diatoms, part of new tank cycle but you can siphon up, reduce white light intensity a little and add a few snails such as astrea, trochus, cerith, nassarius and about 6-8 blue leg hermit crabs
