Definitely agree with top comment, looks like bail since BJD mostly covers the top of the coral with a brown gooey substance. How long has the torch been in the tank for?

Any recent changes in lighting or flow?

How about any parameter swings? Specially something like alk or pH

Also what are parms looking like?

Not BJD but polyp bailout and often due to:
Immature or new tank
High phosphate level
Too much flow
Inadequate light intensity
Low calcium
High water temperature
Low salinity

These coral need moderate to medium water flow , but too strong where the tentacles are bent over the skeleton and risk being torn off. They also need a stable environment as newer tanks have too many chemistry changes which can stress them. Calcium no less than 380-400 is essential for skeletal health and medium light needed for production of their energy source known as zooxanthellae.

All parameter looks ok, but from one week, I see nitrites went up .25ppm or.20ppm I use Pro Reef Salt Bucket Tropic Marin. and one more thing my RODI water TDS is reading 3 maybe that's the issue. Water temp is high in Texas 80F now in tank

I’m not trying to sound like a jerk, but “ok” can’t help much. I can’t help much if I don’t know what you’re dealing with. At least post mag alk and calc

Yeesh your sps looks a little rough too. What are your parameters anyways?? Ive only seen polyp bail if the torch HATES the water its in

What are all your parameters? Saying they are ok, may not be so.
Also, your tank is still too new, especially for a torch. Sorry to see it's not going to make it.
I don’t think its too young he mentioned the coral being in the tank for 3 months

Alk is 5.7 cal 420ppm, and nitrite is .30ppm. Water temp 80 to 79F.That is what I am seeing. Please help. What should I do change the water?

Get alk up to 9, there shouldn’t be any nitrite in the the tank. Also what’s your mag looking like? Most LPS definitely appreciate higher mag

Edit: alk doesn’t have to specifically be 9 that’s my bad. Ensure it’s between 8-12 which are the most common levels

For course of action i say do a 20% water change today and then wait 2 days and do another 20% that should hopefully bring you back to semi normal alk levels, nitrite is meh to corals they generally dont care about the nitrogen cycle.. if anything they like ammonia more then nitrate.

But the first step is to get that alk somewhere in the ball park of 7-11 dkh, normally i dont suggest chaning the dkh more then 0.8 in a two day period but since yours is already in timbucktoo id just be worried about getting back on the map

Just check Meg it 1220. what should I do to make Alk higher water change? How much water change? Add crush corals?
