Brown jelly?

I have a purple tip hammer who has one arm with something kinda funky on it. I dipped in coralrx when I got it maybe 2 weeks ago. It has maybe gotten slightly worse in the past 2 weeks, but not by much. Its only affecting the tip of one tentacle and hasn't spread at all (it may have moved down the arm a little) After some research I think the most likely thing is brown jelly, but from what I've read brown jelly spreads pretty quickly. Perhaps its just a damaged tip? Should I do anything about it or should I just leave it? All other coral in tank is looking happy and healthy. I can post more / clearer pictures if that will help. The attached photo was taken on my phone though an orange filter.

Brown jelly will move quick as you mentioned and from what I see, I would rule it out for now. It might be a damaged tip but the coral looks very healthy otherwise. Once in a blue moon my frogspawn will get a damaged tip and will be pinched in that location for a little while then nothing happens. I would just monitor it and make sure everything (parameters) is stable. Sometimes we can mess with them too much in order to help them but that could cause more stress.

Thanks for the reply, that's what I was sort of hoping for. It just being damaged somehow. Maybe it got pinched while I was dipping it. Ill keep an eye on it. Thanks!
