Brown material growing in tank

Help I have Brown bacteria (i think) growing in my filter box.
Can someone tell me what it is and how do i get rid of it.
This tank is a 75 gal marine fish only.
I have a skimmer and UV 15 watt
Sand bed and all my me levels are good.
 
Looks bacterial to me. What is your water parameters like? How many fish?

9 fish total the system has been running with all the fish for several years.

Ca . 430

I read an article that room deodorizer plug in can contribute to the problem. Also it call the bacteria white slime bacteria

Could be your problem. Syphon our what you can.

Is there anything else you can think of. Please pass this on it you know someone who has had this problem. Just siphoning out the slime is not working because I have been doing that for a couple of months. Ray
