Have you added, or is that new live sand?

Increased water flow helped mine. Simply moved a pump to get better flow in that area.

sand sifters always help. nassarius snails and gobys ftw. also more flow and check parameters

Just looks like A LOT of detritus... grab a bunch of cerith snails, and depending on tank size, a fighting conch or 2. Trochus and nerite snails also tend to eat diatoms

Trochus and nerites tend to stay off the sand bed though.
