I can't place an ID, but just a reminder that if you have an algae or bacteria outbreak, testing for things like Phosphate/Nitrate is usually misleading. During an outbreak, things like Phosphate/Nitrate are absorbed by the algae/bacteria as fast as it's being produced, thus it tests negative. So, in turn you may have a Phosphate/Nitrate issue and no test kit is going to be able to show it.

Did your aquarium get to hot anytime before the outbreak?
Does it fill your Filter pads with a gelatine type goo?
Does it make sulfer pockets in your sand bed?
Do your corals shrink and pale out in color when this stuff is present?
Do your pump propellers get gummed up quickly?
Yet the fish and other inverts don't seem to be bothered at all?
