I don’t think their moving? I’ve never seen a flatworm though. My first tank and it’s about a year and a half old.

Maybe not but it looks like it to me can you get a picture with white light on it ?
 
I just found another thread on here about the same thing with the same exact picture and it’s definitely flatworms. So should I buy a coral dip and dip it?
 
Use flatworm exit if you have them all in your but if can dip the coral that's good but they will be all over again. Do some research on flatworm exit and it you use go by directions. And it wouldn't hurt to start siphon all you can now before treatment. If you go that route. I use flatworm exit and everything was great no loss of any SPS or shrimp crabs fish all good.
