I have this exact thing on my Caribbean Tang. Could these be related with the Lympho I have with my Butterflyfish?
I have no problems with any of my other fish (at this point). Can I still treat the entire tank with the suggested treatment as mentioned in this thread?

This is what he looks like with out the light before the spots fade. Seems to be EXACTLY what i ready in the linked thread.
