Brown spots?

I'm not sure if I should be worried or not but I have noticed within the last few days these little brown spots have been growing in my tank. I first spotted it on some plastic then today I noticed it on my rock and a little on the sand. What is this stuff? Sorry if this is the wrong forum btw. Wasn't sure where else to post this.

I have something similar in my native tank. I don't think I'd worry about it. But it's best to wait for another member to come along and take a look

It's just algae man, keep the lights down and it will go away.

It just looks like Diatoms to me. Blooms like this are actually quite common for new tanks to go through.
