Could be red planaria flatworms. Considered to be a pest, but manageable. There are predators who also happen to be awesome fish (e.g. coris wrasses). There's a chemical treatment for them as well: Flatworm exit, but its a very involved process to execute correctly (in my experience at least). Some reefers are chemical averse though! Lots of articles and experience out there you can find w/ a googlin' if that's what they are.
Mine aren’t really reddish, are there different kinds?
. I would consider them a muted red. Can definitely look brown though!
