What is this coming from my zoas? It had been there for about a week.

I'm praying my tang, blenny and foxface go wild when they get out of QT. I'm fallow until 28 June and tired of cleaning GHA. My lawnmower blenny always kept my duncan stalk algae free.

You should be able to manually remove it. Just be careful, I've popped two polyps off my tubipora while removing algae.

I get the same stuff on my frags. snails ignore. it urchins won't touch it. Tank's too small for a tang . I remove by hand

The algae will eventually out grow your polyps if you don’t take care of it sooner than later. Remove the polyps from the frag plug if you can, otherwise try using a razor blade and try removing the polyps from the rock. Then get rid of the hair algae around the polyps and area of growth on the rock.
