Brown stringy stuff coming off my GSP?

My gsp has been perfectly fine for the past 1 and now it has sometime of brown stringy substance coming from it. Does anyone know what could it be or how can I resolve the issue?

So much Blue and green in Pic, cant tell but try gentle bursts with a turkey baster and see if it dissipates
