Brown Stringy stuff, Help!!

So, I had an outbreak of algae and cyano and decided to get that Vibrant stuff and dose with that to eliminate the problem.
Well the algae and cyano is gone but now I have this brown stringy stuff all over. My parameters are all good, 0 nitrate 0 nitrites, 490 CA Alk 9.5 Mag 1380.
Is the Vibrant causing it?

sounds like you bottom out your nitrate and phosphate to zero which is bad and now you blew up a Dino outbreak

Yep, looks like Dinos.

Up your phosphate and nitrates.

Slowly turn down your lights and increase your flow. Make small changes and watch.
This matters as much as your water parameters.
