The picture is not clear . I do see some algae build up on the overflow

I have this brown stuff floating around in my aquarium which make the water less clear does this mean I need to change my filter? if it does not work will a protein skimmer work?

Looks like it needs more flow and surface agitation. What kind if filtration do you have?

Do i need to increase the flow a bit if so wont that impact my anemones?
