Without a clear photo under white lighting- will be hard to assess for you
My guess is tubeworms, but can be many other things

got a pic? if it's aptasia.. they are a plague anemone.. get rid of them.. if they are little brittle star legs, you are ok.
I hope you can see this one. Thanks so much for responding

Using a syringe, inject it in the Center core with either lemon juice or preferably Kalkwasser powder mixed with tank water into a paste the consistency of toothpase and it will melt away

Definitely aiptasia. Eliminate them as soon as possible.

Thanks so much. I have several big ones on one rock in my 150, a few in the 90 and two in the 39 bow!! Guess I know what I’m doing tomorrow. I appreciate everyone’s help

You need to be careful because they can squirt out "babies" if upset. You should read about getting rid of them before just doing it. If the rock can be removed, doing it in a bowl or bucket and then rinsing off the rock is the safest way.

yep.. those are not great. they reproduce fast and can sting (killing) almost all corals. they also can live in bad conditions that other corals can't. they are so much fun :) i usually use aptasia-x to kill (squirt slowly into the middle of it)... if you squirt it too fast, it will either close up or worse could send out seed (which you cannot see). also dont touch the nem with the needle (if you use aiptasia-x) as they often close up / shrink away when touched.
