Got home from work to find some tips browning. What would cause the tips of one if my acro to brown? Only thing I e done different was raised mag over the last few weeks from 1350 to 1480. Calc is 450, and alk is 9.0. Both calc and alk have been steady for months now

its a bit fuzzy but it does look like die off and algae growing on the skeleton. Not mag related IMO

Ya not sure but I will keep an eye on it. That particular coral has been in my tank the longest and is covering the rock at the base. I'm clueless on it as the rest seem to be doing good. Just did a water test and everything is good. I did a small water change yesterday as I do every other week

Yea I could tell is been a problem child. IMO and in my limited IME acros are not all the same. some like totally not what the others like.
To me that one looks like a mariculture that browned(sort normal), and never got back to health.(ive killed a few) had a few come back too.
