Brown Tube Algae?

Ive been having issues with an algae of sorts that is growing all over my corals and rocks. From what I can best tell, there are these little base tubes that feel almost like plastic and are impossible to remove. They shoot out brown string algae that covers my corals. Does anyone know what this is and how I can get rid of it?

I cant tell much from ur photos but you seam to be describing vermatid snails.
