Hey guys! I just discovered these small worm-like creatures all over my sandbed and rockwork. They don't really seem to move unless I touch them with the algae magnet. Non of my corals seem to be stressed or something... Does anybody know what these are?

Looks like planaria worms which are little cross-eyed worms that eat detritus (organic waste as well as fish poop), Cleaning up problem spots in the aquarium and improving water quality will remove them. Overfeeding is one reason why they survive. Siphon as many as you can find. Addition of lunare or melanurus wrasse will kill them. Ive heard of mandarins also eating them
