I picked up this piece from a LFS. It's a wild piece that came from Sea Dwelling Creatures that is pretty browned out, but the growth tips are looking blue or purple. Any suggestions?

I don't know but I can bet that it will be a beautifuk piece once it colors back. Nice shape for a colony.

I'd start it down low in the tank and slowly move it up each week. It should color back up in a few weeks for you.

using coralsee id i came up with good match A. nana and A. latistella
superficially it does look like it could be A. nana but i wouldn't exclude A. subulata, or even A. valida
