Okay so I got my RODI up and running. This is a two part question.

I filled a 5 gallon bucket in about an hour and 15 minutes. Seems like my output is okay. PSI 78-80 with booster pump.

Question / issue #1) My problem is my TDS reader is reading zero coming in and 0 coming out on the systems TDS reader. I oriented made sure the posts were oriented to make sure water is going through them correctly and still not getting accurate readings.

I know this because I have a $300.00 bluelab PH/TDS reader.

Leads my to question #2) My dirty water in red solo cup is reading over 200+ but my clean water is reading 90ppm. Do I need an additional DI unit, sediment, or etc.

**I do have a cullgen sediment filter at my WELL as well** <— not sure if this will help diagnose

Help! So close to getting things up and running and want my water at a perfect 0 PPM.

All filters are fresh, only a small amount of DI is color changed so it’s not needing a new filter.

Thoughts?

Did you get this figured out?

What membrane are you using? With well water you probably want to make sure to use CTA membranes

Also is your membrane properly seated? Remove it and try reinstalling
