BRS 2 part inconsistency

I have noticed that after I change out my BRS two part solution there appears to be potency inconsistency. Example I just changed and my alk went up 1.5 points so I had to lower the dose. I try to fill the bottle to the same point at each use but have noticed this on a few occasions. Anyone else have experience with something similar? I have seen this a few times so far.

Presumably you are making the recipe yourself from solids, right?

Are you sure you are following the same recipe with the same solid material?

many folks are getting highly confused by the way BRS presents my recipes.

I ran into a similar issue a while back. Refilled my alk container with a new batch and alk rocketed up despite dosing the same amount. They were going to look into it but never found anything.

Presumably you are making the recipe yourself from solids, right?

Thanks for the reply. I basically fill the BRS container about 1/2 way, pour the Solid/powder contents in, shake until dissolved, and then fill in the rest of the way, shake again and hook up. I do the same thing for calc and alk. I assume this is correct?

The process is fine. The question is how much water to use.
