BRS 4 stage RO/DI missing parts

I got my new RO/DI system out today to mount up and it looks like I'm missing everything but the system. I didn't get a wrench, input connectors or instructions. Have any of you bought any of the BRS setups? I'm pretty sure I should be getting that stuff based on the description. I've got an email in to customer service, I'm sure they'll make good on it. I just hate getting screwed up orders. I'm an instant gratification kind of guy.

I got mine secondhand but he did tell me he had to buy the input separately, I made one.

Also the black and red hoses were backwards imo very counterintuitive.

Im pretty sure mine came ready to use.
I just needed to hook up the main water and hook it to jy bucket.

Oh theyll answer you back bud, im pretty sure they do come with everything.

The 4 stage value system should have a filter wrench, a couple of push to fit fittings, and 10 ft of each color tubing. They will respond to your enquiry.
