BRS 7 Stages RODI 150 gallon

I recently replaced all the medias in the BRS 7 stage RODI system. The tds meter is reading 1ppm after the membrane but 5ppm after DI resin? Does anyone know why? I let the system ran for about a hour after I replaced all the media’s.

Could you have the resins in the wrong order? Mixed bed needs to be last before exiting the system.

I tested with a portable tds meter and water is actually 0 ppm. So the tds in-line meter is not working properly.
