Recently bought a bottle of revive to try out and it came in a wet box, somehow the lid wasn't on tight and half of it leaked out. I got on chat on their website and asked Ryan if it is okay to use it since half was gone. Not sure if it would have changed the mix if it wasn't shaken and half of something leaked out leaving a different mix. He said it should be fine so i was happy with it. Still had more than i needed for one frag i wanted to try it on. He sent out a brand new bottle to me + a free bottle of reef chili. They are just the very best out there for sure. I have been buying there for years and never had any issues that weren't immediately resolved in my favor so far it makes you feel like you're taking advantage of them. Great group of people there.
