Its about 2-years old now and it seems to have turned into a solid clump. I was smashing it with a knife, but it took me 20-mins to get enough to make 1 gallon.

Has anybody run into this and have a recommendation on any way to break this stuff up at all? Or should I consider just throwing it away? Might stick with the pre-portioned 1gal packets going foward so this doesn't happen.

Might be the AZ Heat in the summer as the garage gets 120-140F.

Try using a flat hole bit in a drill, just use slow speed on the frill and get one bog enough to do whatever container it is in in portions. It shaves off the top layer and is a lot faster then chipping at it

I think I remember a BRS video where they recommend floating the container in hot water if it solidifies. Not sure though

Great idea - this is exactly the fix I was looking for!
