Received my order today for the RFG nozzle and adapter, I was sent the wrong adapter [emoji852]

I called them up and 5 minutes later , I have a replacement on it's way with a order confirmation in my inbox.

Mistakes happen, shipping damage happens, whatever the case BRS has always delivered a prompt, satisfactory resolution, and Josh certainly delivered that today. Can't ask for better than that.
 
i have had shipping damage and wrong items sent but all issues were immediately resolved. BRS is the best!

My my dumba** broke the micro adjustment knob on my skimz skimmer a few days ago. One of the biggest reasons I went with skimz was that Ryan sold me with the fact they carry tons of replacement parts. The part was pretty cheap but I paid the extra $5 for 3 day delivery. It arrived in 2
 
Well, I’m not one to complain but I’m not real pleased with Brs at the moment. I ordered a rodi unit 2 weeks ago and they sent the wrong one. No big deal you might say just return it right? Well I informed them of the mistake and the sent shipping labels so I could return the system. After a 2 hour round trip to my nearest ups center I got it in the mail. 4 days later the new shipment arrives and guess what? It’s the same exact wrong unit they sent me the first time! I never thought I would have to miss 2 days of work and drive 4 hours for a simple Rodi system, unreal! Not to mention my build is now delayed months because of my work schedule. So a little mistake on their end can have big consequences on our end. I know these our “first world” problems but still extremely aggravating! Rant over.
 
I’ve called for recommendations before purchases and they go way above and beyond. Just had an issue with one of the additives I had ordered. They responded to my email on a Sunday (same day) and replaced the item hassle free. Great people over at BRS! Thanks Tyler!
 
Well, I thought I should continue my story because of the latest events. After the wrong rodi system was sent to me the second time I decided to give them a call instead of emails and the live chat. I spoke with Adam, who was very kind and informed me this was unacceptable. He personally visited the warehouse manager and with an email he informed me there had been some sort of mix up on their end. And the he himself would make sure the correct unit would be sent. To their credit they did overnight the shipment, but guess what, I received the exact same wrong unit again. Tried to contact them today and they are not available atm.
 
What RODI are you ordering, and what are you receiving? Can you do a UPS pickup instead of driving to a UPS dropoff?
 
I’m an hour from the nearest ups drop, Us mail does not deliver to my home. I live in the deep woods. I ordered the 5 stage 150gpd plus and they keep sending a 5 stage 75gpd basic. No pressure gauge, basic faucet connections.

I did just get off the phone with Adam at BRS and he offered to send me their 6 stage top of the line system at no additional charge. I took him up on that offer so we shall see what will show up. Adam seems very helpful and he was embarrassed about the situation.

When my 210gl system was running 10yrs ago Brs was my go to supplier and was always very professional. Being that I’m in Mn too, I like to support them.
 
Cool, I'm sure they'll get it sorted out. I've got nothing but good things to say about their service!
 
Hats off to Brs, they overnighted the 6 stage plus water saver unit, when i originally purchased the 5 stage. That’s going above and beyond making up for their warehouse issues. I’m pretty sure not many other businesses would do that.

Wait you are local to Mn and Ryan didn't offer to drive it out and hand to deliver it to you himself? Lol
