I just want to give a shout out to the BRS Customer service team. They are amazing. I placed an order with brs and they made a mistake. They said an item was in stock when it wasn't and in fact it was on backorder. Before I even knew what was going on Jennifer at BRS sent me an email explaining what happend and how they are going to rectify the situation. They definitely went above and beyond to fix the situation all before I even knew there was an issue. I will definitely be doing a lot more business with them in the future as well as recommending them to everybody that doesn't already know about them.
