I'm sure everyone already knows this but BRS provides awesome customer service. Just wanted to give a quick shout out to them. When I received an item with a problem, a replacement was sent out immediately with expedited shipping! I have had a couple of issues over the many years of ordering with them and they always take care of it quickly and professionally. Thank you, BRS!
 
Agreed, have had numerous shipments from them as of late, lol, did not ship one item by accident ,called them up and within 20 minutes the item was shipped, great service.
 
I also have never had a problem with them. They are quick to reply and always resolve the problem or replace the item immediately. :D
 
They are so responsive that I've actually not called them with little problems. Because I KNOW that they would send a $2 part overnight if I said something and I'd feel bad that they spent $20 on shipping something so trival lol.
