Selling six feet of tubing that may be used to replace the tubing in BRS 1.1 ml dosing pumps. (Although I haven't tried it, I've been told this tubing will also work on the BRS 50 ml pumps as well.) Six foot of tubing will make 14 pieces. Note BRS sells one (complete) tubing piece for 12.99, but you'll get 14 pieces, not 1!

Note that this is an easy DIY project requiring you to cut the tubing exactly at 5 1/8 inches and replacing the tubing ends. I document that process HERE. Accordingly no guarantees with this purchase.

Six feet with priority USPS shipping with tracking number for $12.00 US, contiguous US only. Note that if you were to order 14 units from BRS, that would be $181.86.

I know we have BRS dosing folks out there! You need this!

@Chavez I replied to your PM last Friday morning and haven't heard back???

Anyone else interested?

@Hersheyb , you have a PM with the USPS tracking number for the Priority Shipper. Thanks.

Bumping this up because if you own BRS 1.1 or 50 ml dosing pumps, you MUST buy this. For less than the price of one replacement pump tubing from BRS, you will get enough tubing to make 14 pieces. If you were to buy these from BRS, that would be almost $182....but with this great deal, I'm only charging $12!!! See the OP for details.

I'm interested in this....I just have to find the nuts/screws that go on the ends first. I have 2 BRS Dosers and lost 3 of the 4 end cap nuts.
Any idea where to get/find those pieces?

The first place that comes to mind is Grainger.....I'm pretty sure if any place has it, it would be them. The issue is that you now have to spec it out.....which one is it?

The other thought, assuming you have the barb piece and ferrule, is to simply zip-tie the tubing using mini zip-ties. Since the tubing end is wide open, there is no back pressure that would blow off this tubing.

How does one store this tubing to keep it fresh? My fear is that after a coupe years it’s going to get brittle or some such.
Thanks, Jim

It's a Santoprene tubing, which is extremely stable....it's one of the reasons it's used for peristaltic pumps. Even though it can take chemical abuse, I'd still keep it away for "oxidizers".....sunlight, ozone, etc., just to play it safe. Having worked in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry, we had tubing that was multiple years old. I never had to throw any away because it became "brittle and such." :D

@JMM744 , your tubing is on it's way. You have a PM with the USPS tracking number, with expected receipt on Friday, February 9. Thanks, Paul

Bumping this up because if you own BRS 1.1 or 50 ml dosing pumps, you MUST buy this. $12.00

So who is going to get the last length of tubing I have?

I'll take the last length.
Can you PM me PayPal info please?
Thanks!

Sorry, there was one guy ahead of you.

All gone.

Paul

EDIT TO ADD

Actually found one last piece.... @cccharliecc , it's yours if you want it.
