BRS dosing Pumps

I bought some used BRS dosing pumps on here a year or two ago and I am trying to use them now since I just got an apex to control them. They are turning like they are supposed to but they are not pumping. I ordered new replacement hoses from them from BRS thinking they was likely the issue but I have changed them out and they are still not working. I have around 5 foot of hose they are pumping from the dosing containers to my tank. I have had them going for over a half hour and there are still not pumping anything to my tank. I am looking for some suggestions on what I should try next. Thanks.

Are they losing suction somewhere?
Maybe one of your connections is letting air into the line.
This would be prior to the pump.

That’s what I was thinking also but I can’t find anywhere where it would be leaking that I can tell. I have around 18” of tubing going into my dosing containers on the auction side. Both of the pumps are not pumping is what is making me think something is wrong with the pumps

Do you have a pic of the connections?
This is what I ended up doing with mine. It was leaking air into line. I gooped the connection up with more silicon.

Are you sure you’ve plumbed them correctly to the pump. I’ve futsed that up more than once

Thanks for the help guys. I had a merlock fitting on the top of me jug that I got from BRS that was cracked and leaking a little bit of air. I took the supply hose out and put it in a glass of water and it pumped it. I am removing the merlock connections from my jugs and will just put be supply lines directly in the jugs. This should hopefully solve the problem. Thanks again for the help
