I have a BRS dual reactor however I will not be using GFO because I dose NOPOX. Can is fill both chambers with carbon? If so how much?

Probably not worth it. BRS has a carbon calculator that gives a good base line base on system volume.

I am not an expert. I know that I don't use very much for my 220. It would not be worth putting in both chambers for me.

Most carbon gets coated with marine slime in about a week. It's ability to absorb organics greatly decreases at this point. Adding more carbon becomes a waste.
Leave the first chamber empty unless you decide to fill it with another media like Chemipure or Purigen.

Yes, but I use the first chamber as a sediment filter with filter floss. This prevent particles from prematurely clogging my small particle ROX .8 carbon. Works super awesome good!
