BRS horrible shopping experience.

So I would like to share with you guys my late purchase from BRS and hell I have been taught.
I order Gyre pump about 4 weeks ago, I like the flow in my tank bla bla bla so I decided to order another one a week later.
I notice the second pump I received had a different controller and was open box.
after verifying online and also here, I found out that the first pump was wrong pump (an old version).
so this is already 2 weeks later, and I didn't make a big deal. I emailed BRS and no one responded to me for 2 days. than, I called BRS and they told me email us to support team and we will help you.
I did exactly as they said and of course no one call me\email\sms or whatever you like. so I call again.
each time waiting on the line for more then 30 min and answered by rude guy that told me pack your pumps, UPS them today and I'll send you the new once in 2 days.
I left work and ran to UPS to drop the pumps so I can get the new pumps in 2 days as they promises me, and called the guy back to and told him the receipt number that he asked for so he can mail the new order.
24 hours later I notice that my pump has not mailed yet, they are just getting ready for shipping. finally the next day I received the trucking number and guess what?? BOOM 7 days standard shipping. and this is after I already spent the last 2 orders expedite shipping!!!
so I call+email again, after 1 hour some dude pick up the phone and said "well if you don't want then I can tell UPS the ship them back and you'll get your money later'. what the heck??!!??!
I gave up and waited another week until I finally got the pumps. that 1 of them came with scratch on the screen and not even a plastic bag on any of the components included in the packages (in the first pump the old version one each part came close in individual plastic bag).
I didn't care much about the packing, it was about the open box and they way they are treating their customers!!!
even today no one has replay to me. not email\call or anything like that.
THIS IS THE LAST TIME I'LL BUY FROM BRS EVER AGAIN!!!
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND SHOULD BE SHAMED OF ITSELF!!
I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS AND TIME REPORT I WAS WAITED ON THE LINE HOPING FOR SOME HELP.
BRS= NEVER AGAIN.
