BRS reef saver rock wash

How thoroughly do you wince the rock, and does this look normal to be milky like this? I thought I rinsed it out good. I guess it was not enough? Should I empty it out and rewash, or should I just let all this stuff settle?

I would empty it out and rinse it again.

Do you have sand in there too? If so it's most likely the culprit.

It's just the rock. I thought they pressure washed it before shipping, so it should've been good to go?
