BRS RODI garden hose adapter leaking

Just got my BRS plus 4 stage unit going and have the adapter leaking.
Anything to check or do they sell at any local HD/Lowes or online specific? Leaking from adapter to spigot, constantly steady drip, Bummer

Take it off and make sure the rubber seal is still in it. I've had them fall out before. If it's still there you may just not have it tightened enough.

All the way snug, after looking online started thinking the p-ring may have fallen out. hoping that's all it is!

Ok may be the handle, after reseating the valve and reinstalling I noticed the handle area leaking. Didn't leak 3 years ago when I had a SP hooked up lol. Dang it!

I tightened it and turned up the water. Good to go [emoji1307]. Making water, trying to get the new tank up!
