Can anyone tell from this pic why the unit doesn't automatically flush and the booster pump doesn't turn off when the ASOV closes?

I have a 3-way splitter that connects the booster pump, auto flush, and pressure switch.

Nice setup ! It might be possible to have a defective pressure switch even if new . But since you have brs equipment you could call them to circumvent the issue especially if their might be a warranty involved .

I'll try contacting BRS again, but this is my 2nd brand new pressure switch after they replaced it the first time.

It's hard to tell from the pic, but the booster pump should be pulling from the last carbon block, then feed the input of the membranes. It looks like it's pulling from the source, then feeding the sediment filter? You don't need that kind of pressure on the sediment/carbon blocks, all the pressure is geared towards the membranes not the pre-filters. On the pressure switch, there's a screw that changes the pressure, so you may have to play with that to find the sweet spot.

I would put the booster after the last carbon block, here Devon puts it first, but like I said before, those filters don't need that pressure, it's for the membranes.

Yes, you're correct that the pump was pulling from the source and sending it straight to the sediment filter.

I switched the configuration to have the pump pull from the 2nd carbon filter and feed the membrane. Below are a few pics, but I may have done it incorrectly because the PSI went from 80 to 40 and the pump still didn't turn off and the ASOV didn't trigger.

That looks wrong. The output of the booster should go into the T of the pressure gauge and the input of the membranes. You need to measure the pressure into the membranes.

Just for reference.

Ok, so I wanted to figure out where the problem was, so I removed the auto flush and kept only the booster pump and the pressure switch and it appears that after putting back pressure on the product line, the pressure switch isn't triggering and turning off the unit/booster pump.

I'll try your configuration after singling out the problem. Thank you for your help.
